Erin DaCruz

STAKEHOLDER RELATIONS MANAGER

Erin is passionate about loving her neighbors. She believes that the work of the kingdom is found in the slow, steady, often gritty work of tending to our own small gardens of the world.

Outside of working with the Matthew 25 Initiative, Erin works as a startup operations and strategy consultant, helping small agencies build their businesses. She is excited to bring her experience in building startups and love of people to the Matthew 25 Initiative.

A former music teacher, Erin has a BM in Strings Music Education from Palm Beach Atlantic University, and theological training from Covenant Seminary in St. Louis, MO. Erin lives in Fairfield, CT with her husband, Alex and daughter, Sophia. In her spare time, you can find her at community events with her family, at the library, crafting, or playing music.
