Crystal Merriam

Crystal Merriam is the Founder and Executive Director of Lagniappe Ministries in Sheridan, Wyoming, where she equips parents in poverty for dignified, living-wage employment through holistic support and spiritual formation. With a master’s degree in Public Administration and nearly two decades of nonprofit leadership, Crystal has served in disaster relief, church planting, crisis pregnancy support, and workforce development.

Lagniappe received a Matthew 25 grant in 2022, and through that partnership Crystal has connected with the Initiative’s resources, leadership, and vision. She is a member of Grace Anglican Church in Sheridan, where her family of five has worshiped since 2018.
